Investment Criteria:

In reviewing potential investments, we look for:

• A positive environmental impact
• Investments based in North America that are in later stage development or are proven at a commercial level
• A business plan which demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the planning and execution of the business
• Resource management teams with market, operational, and technical knowledge and experience
• Realistic market strategies that define the opportunity for profitability and growth
